  Does anyone else have problems not receiving prescriptions medication either on paper or sent directly to pharmacy tonight o have to go with a medication because it wasn't sent to my pharmacy so I called CMA told a nurse would get back to me I guess the joke was on me no one called it in a couple others but not that one

  Only accepts money orders as payments and failed to record my payment. These guys sent me to collections for a bill I paid then refused to believe me when I told them I had sent payment AND it was already cashed by THEM. They told me "We never received your money order". When I told them moneygram says they did and it's been cashed they told me to get proof. I had to pay $24 for a photocopy of the cashed money order. The money order was only for $20 to begin with. They doubled my bill by making me get proof. To make things worse, this showes on my credit report and is messing with my job, as I need a clean background check for my job and an investigator is now asking me why I have an active collections account. I got the proof though and it clearly shows they stamped it with their stamp and cashed it. Don't bother going here unless you want to go through a collection agency and have to fight to get proof you paid.

  Horrible... They double booked an important appointment... So we made another but that appointment the doors are locked with everyone sitting inside because they were having electric issues... No phone call, nothing... This place is so unprofessional... Never again!
